Slow Burn Film Productions was founded to tell thoughtful, imaginative and important stories that leave a lasting impression.

The first series of work produced by Slow Burn Film Productions is a series called Hungry in London filmed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. These films follow individuals, community groups and charities in their efforts to feed the most vulnerable people in our society during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Slow Burn Film Productions was founded by Nandita Lovage, a Producer and Director from East London. She has produced public film screenings, short-form content, multi-camera Live Streams, promos and documentaries for institutions like Shakespeare’s Globe, Roundhouse and the Royal Opera House. She is also a lead Producer and mentor for Eastside’s film work with young people, having previously run the Roundhouse’s Film Fund.

This website is a work in progress for now - watch the film here and share!
